We are a company manufacturing Crusher Pump systems that are engineered to handle slurry, fine particles, and water discharge in mining and crushing operations. These pumps are manufactured with abrasion-resistant materials, making them ideal for tough environments where fluid contains sand, grit, stones, or crushed particles.
Used in diverse industrial applications such as stone crusher plants, sand washing stations, mining tailings handling, coal processing units, cement blending systems, aggregate production, ready-mix plants, and mineral slurry transport.
All wetted components are cast using high-chrome alloy to resist erosion. Impellers are dynamically balanced to reduce vibration. Each unit undergoes hydrostatic pressure testing, wear plate alignment, shaft straightness checks, and noise level inspection under load.
Install the pump on a vibration-free platform aligned with the discharge line. Ensure slurry pipes are reinforced and have proper flow slope. Use flexible couplings to absorb minor misalignments. Prime the pump before starting and verify that seal lubrication is sufficient for initial runs.
Inspect the impeller and casing every 500 hours for wear. Replace gland packing when leakage exceeds tolerance. Grease bearings weekly. Monitor discharge pressure and vibration signals to detect flow restrictions or rotor imbalance. Flush out silt before shutdowns to avoid solidification.
